TIKI’S GRILL & BAR WILL MAKE EVERY EFFORT TO CONDUCT A FAIR AND FRIENDLY COMPETITION. ANY CONTROVERSIES NOT ADDRESSED IN THESE RULES WILL BE DEALT WITH ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS BUT IN THE EVENT THAT ANY OF THIS CONTENT IS DEEMED ILLEGAL OR CANNOT SATISFY A MAJORITY OF CONTESTANTS WITHOUT UNWARRANTED COST TO TIKI’S GRILL & BAR, THEN THE CONTEST WILL BE VOIDED AND DISCONTINUED.

1.     Contest is open to all residents of Coconut Island, US, Canada, European Union, Australia, Micronesia, Caribbean, Guatemala, Oceania, Nebraska, Alaska, Dontaska, China, Japan, Taiwan, South Korea, North Korea, South America, North America, Hawaii and anywhere else we haven’t named.

2.     Contest starts at 6:00 pm on Wednesday, May 11, 2011 and ends at 6pm on Wednesday, June 29, 2011.

3.     All contestants agree to being photographed or video taped and allow Tiki’s Grill & Bar, LLC to use their name and likeness and music in promotions and advertising.

4.     Employees of Tiki’s Grill & Bar, Altres, and their families are not eligible to enter.

5.     Winners will be determined by the total amount of unique comments posted under your video from fans and friends by June 29th. So your mom can’t comment 500 times to try and help you win.

6.     Creative participation is strongly encouraged, but good sportsmanship is required at all times.

7.     In the event of a tie, the winner will be determined by a random drawing.

8.     All decision(s) by appointed judge(s) are final. Complain all you want, they’re not going to listen to you.

9.     The winner will receive the Jim Beam guitar on display at Tiki’s Grill & Bar. No substitutions will be given.

10.  Tiki’s Grill & Bar LLC and/or its agents reserves the right to make up any rules and fine print necessary to keep this contest fun and enjoyable. If you’re here looking to “get over”, “take advantage”, cheat, be nasty, or just plain not “pono” then leave.
